Analysis
Analysis is a field of Mathematics essentially devoted to the
study of real and complex continuous functions. Concepts such as limits, series,
differentiation, integration and measure are studied in this branch of Mathematics
which evolved from Infinitesimal Calculus, and which includes subareas
such as Real Analysis, Complex Analysis, Functional Analysis,
Differential Equations and Dynamic Systems, the study of the
evolution of systems described by functions that depend on a parameter which can
be thought of as "time".
